• Business Consulting
• Analytics & Reporting

Specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be outlined within separate client agreements, proposals, statements of work, or contracts.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Provide requested account access
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Maintain ownership of account credentials
• Comply with platform policies and regulations
• Review deliverables when requested

Fees & Payment Terms

Fees for services are established through proposals, contracts, invoices, or service agreements.

• Payments must be made according to agreed terms
• Late payments may incur penalties
• Services may be suspended for overdue invoices
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Subscription Services

Certain services may operate on a monthly recurring basis.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring services automatically renew until canceled according to the terms of the applicable agreement.

All content, software, systems, frameworks, methodologies, documentation, reports, branding, and materials developed by MYAMZTEAM remain the intellectual property of MYAMZTEAM unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the business relationship.

Confidential information includes:

Platform Compliance

MYAMZTEAM assists clients in operating across various third-party platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Google, and Meta.

Clients remain solely responsible for complying with all platform rules, policies, and regulations.

No Guarantee of Results

MYAMZTEAM works to maximize opportunities for growth and performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYAMZTEAM shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Platform suspensions
• Third-party service failures

MYAMZTEAM's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client during the previous three months of service.

Indemnification

Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MYAMZTEAM from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Client-provided content
• Violation of laws
• Violation of platform policies
• Intellectual property disputes
• Misuse of services

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable agreement.

MYAMZTEAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms
• Abusive behavior
• Legal compliance concerns

Third-Party Services

MYAMZTEAM may integrate with or utilize third-party platforms and software providers.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or operational issues caused by third-party providers.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

MYAMZTEAM may utilize AI systems, machine learning technologies, automation workflows, and analytics tools to enhance service delivery.

Clients acknowledge and agree to the use of such technologies where appropriate.

Force Majeure

MYAMZTEAM shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Government actions
• Cybersecurity incidents
• War or civil unrest
• Third-party platform outages

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MYAMZTEAM is legally established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
